Kamtae is one of the precious food ingredients that only grows on pure and clean mudflats. If it is exposed to any form of pollution, no matter how trivial the pollution is, it will die off. 

Kamtae was unfamiliar to many people and was sought by only those who know it. But now people have started to become familiar with it. Badasoop has been trying to find the ways to inform people of the value and rarity of Kamtae and the brand story of Badasoop along with it. And our effort has started to pay off now that many domestic and foreign fancy restaurants including some with Michelin Stars serve Kamtae.  Badasoop will continue its journey of introducing Kamtae and Bang-eo to people through various channels and produce clean and healthy food with precious food ingredients that are given to us.
